What to include

When requesting support, include:

• your full name and work email;
• your company or branch;
• the device and operating system if the issue is on mobile;
• a short description of the issue;
• screenshots or error messages, if available.

Account and HR data requests

For account access, role changes, employee profile corrections, payroll data, attendance corrections, leave requests, documents, or asset assignments, contact your HR department or system administrator. Some requests can only be approved by authorized Company staff.

Privacy and data deletion

Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion.

Emergency and legal requests

The Service is not an emergency communication system. For urgent workplace, legal, payroll, or safety issues, contact the appropriate Company representative directly through official internal channels.
