Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of exCoins HR (the "Service"), including the web platform and mobile applications. By accessing the Service, you agree to use it only as authorized by exCoins LLC ("Company").
1. Authorized use
The Service is provided for internal business and HR management. You may use it only if you are an authorized employee, manager, HR user, administrator, contractor, or other approved user. You must not access another person's account or data unless your role and permissions allow it.
2. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must notify the Company or system administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.
- The Company may suspend, disable, or restrict accounts for security, employment, compliance, or operational reasons.
3. HR and confidential data
The Service may contain confidential employee, payroll, contract, attendance, document, and company information. You must use this data only for legitimate work purposes and according to your role, internal policies, employment obligations, and applicable law.
4. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information;
- upload malicious files or content that infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to bypass permissions, security controls, audit logs, or rate limits;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement;
- use the Service for advertising, tracking, harassment, or non-business purposes.
5. Mobile app permissions
The mobile app may request permissions such as location, notifications, camera, or file access only when needed for enabled features such as attendance, geofence verification, document upload, or alerts. Some features may not work if required permissions are denied.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
The Service was developed by Ditar Kryeziu. The Company publishes, operates, and controls the Service for its business use. Company trademarks, business data, employee records, uploaded files, configuration, and operational content remain owned or controlled by the Company or the relevant customer organization.
Software code, design, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by the Company, Ditar Kryeziu, or their licensors according to the applicable written agreements. Nothing in these Terms transfers source code, trademark, or other intellectual property rights to end users.
7. Availability and changes
The Service may be updated, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons. Features may change over time.
8. Data protection
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Users must not export or share personal data outside authorized business processes.
9. App store terms
If you download the mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play, the store provider's terms may also apply to the download, installation, and update process.
10. Disclaimer
The Service supports HR and business administration, but it does not replace professional legal, accounting, payroll, or tax advice. The Company is responsible for verifying configuration, payroll, employment, leave, attendance, and compliance outputs before relying on them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Company, developer, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from unauthorized use, configuration errors, downtime, or data entered by users.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Kosovo, unless a written agreement between the Company and another party states otherwise.
